I love it, you can see difference in 3-5 uses. I tried to make it one day then take a break for one day. Or 2 days the break for one day. I brush my teeth one hour before using. I use it when i go to bed. I would definitely keep on buying it. No scent. It can leave white spots on teeth but it will go away after stopping using. No noticeable taste or flavor.

I have used crest white strips throughout the years, and I think the professional effects are the most effective I have ever used.
