Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the original packaging (if applicable)
• Within 30 days of purchase

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sparkleindays.shop with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization and further instructions.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return reaches us.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the return and then place a new order for the desired item.
