I have sensitive teeth, and this didnt hurt like the cheaper Chinese brands I have tried. It comes with the sensitivity gel for after use. The gel needs to go under the light for thirty minutes, and then rinse. The sensitivity gel is under light for five minutes and then rinse and dispel. This worked a treat for quickly whitening your teeth prior to special occasions, however in all cases, you should still be brushing your teeth and using mouthwash to maintain the beautiful white smile. i love these. they actually brightened my teeth significantly! as a smoker it really gave me my confidence back! it does make your teeth a bit sensitive and isnt the most gentle but only for a day or two, but its worth it!
