I have been using these for a couple years now. They are simple to put on. They don't have a taste to them. The results are very evident. My teeth turned several shades whiter. You do have to have them on for 45 minutes, so you have to plan for the timing of it each day. The results are worth the effort, though.

I drink iced tea constantly and eat blueberries all spring/summer. My teeth get dingy, to say the least. I only used half of thse strips and my teeth were so much improved. I'll save the other half to use later when my teeth get dingy again. I did find it a little annoying to have to leave them in for 45 minutes but that's a small price to pay. 🙂
